It is really sad how I can never make regular posts on this blog. I'm always inspired by Lori H. who ,with four children little children (two of which she homeschools), can somehow update her blog regularly! So, after looking at her blog I thought it about time to give a little update with things going on in my life. Three weeks ago we took Derek to college. Ever since then it has been a huge adjustment in our house. Everything is much quieter and in general not nearly as much fun. I know God has many good thing in store for us as we move into a knew season of life, but it is quite the change. I do miss having my brother come and sit on the end of my bed and talking to me before going to sleep, the way he could always make me laugh when I was stressed out, and being able to ask for his counsel at any old time! My friends and boyfriend has been super supportive and we all have had so much fun in the last couple of weeks. God is faithful and we are all adjusting to the new normal. It is really fun to hear how Derek is getting settled at college. A for my school, it is as crazy busy as ever. So far it has been going well, but I'm really ready to graduate in May!!!!!
